HBCU Times Inc. does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to carefully review the size chart on the item before checking out.

Any return exceptions will be refunded in full and charges will be returned to credit or debit card. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many orders will arrive sooner, depending on the availability of the ordered item. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.
